It’s one of the most cinematic colors, along with green & white. He transitions with a color filled screen multiple times through his career. Hitchcock nod, as well as many other homages. Learn cinema, Folks! It’s the last living art, along aside Music. Right now is a peak transition for cinema. It’s the dark dark ages. Take advantage. American cinema is crap rn.

TV has overtaken cinema as the best storytelling medium.
American TV is better than American film in the 21st century so far.

@@jmdi2703 well, that’s the beauty of cinema, take it how you see it. Could mean, Love,Hate, blood, forgiveness, betrayal, ETC. Cinema is what you make it, each brain process things differently, there is no wrong answer unless it’s blatantly obvious that it’s a wrong answer.

@@ruiz1871 Ehh, it’s still crap tbh, TV shows are stale, it’s like getting a blowjob, mf I want the whole package. I want to watch some art with surround sound and a huge silver screen, TV can wait to give you the emotion you want to feel, he’ll no. I want to feel it within 2-4 hours and surrounded by people to feel the magic of Cinema, not sitting next to uncle Carl farting away, talking and asking what’s going on.

Kundun date is incorrect - 1887 - unless Marty McFly and Marty Scorcese are the same person and have a time machine

Mean Streets - color red (in the bar) represents their personal hell.

It is very popular as people associate it with danger. Think The Red Shoes (1948).

But why it's to be hell? They happy in that bar. Actually Harvey Keithel's character touch to fire in church. Not the bar. Why? Church, God's home is hell to him?
