I worked at Raceway Park years ago. Got to see some of the greats like Ronnie Sox, Dick Landy, the Grump and he was grumpy, Don Garlits, he's a great guy. I saw the wheel standers but never saw the drivers. I worked at the Pit gate so they had to come through there of course there was two lanes but I didn't miss too much that went through the gate.
