Eggs 2 pcs.
A pinch of salt.
Sugar 70 g.
Vegetable oil 100ml.
Vanilla sugar 8 g.
Milk 200ml.
Flour 180 g.
Cocoa 20 g
Baking powder 16 g.
In the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Mascarpone 250 g.
Whipping cream 300 ml.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 5 g.
Strawberry jam.
