TyranusRex721 I'm almost certain that it's a recent change and intentional. The description also says "Part 2: (coming soon)". Plus, it's such a logical and obvious answer for preventing spoilers.
TyranusRex721 Or Jens finally realized spoiling the outcome straight off the bat isn't smart and has changed the way he titles these videos? You know, people do get better at their jobs as time goes by.
TyranusRex721 You refused to believe the first time because you're an idiot. Let's try again. The "Part 1" is to prevent spoilers. If that wasn't included, you'd know the result of the last game.
I think it's very correct considering this is arena.. You can't rely on getting power overwhelming for a large burst damage.. Unless you think arcane golem is good by itself :P
TokRocK Trump might have had an off moment there. I figured it was absolutely an easy choice to go with the Arcane Golem. It's removal, It's a finisher, it's a good top deck. It's not even that bad to play it on curve since in arena a turn 5 drop is usually a turn 4 drop anyways; and usually nothing with more than 5 health either way.
rahn45 yea, I agree. I just checked HearthArena.com, they even value Young priestess more than pint sized! :o Weird, but I'd definetely go arcane golem on the first pick. pint sized is good when you have control but often really weak if you are even or behind, arcane golem is great to gain tempo and all what you said. that pick was a real bummer to me tbh
I really like these videos because you also show your losses. It isn't like you are some sort of godlike player who never loses but you too have games where you lose and they are a lot more educative than those where you just keep winning.
That first game was absolutely insane. The 2 sacrificial pacts. And then the opponent playing his whole hand with a questing adventurer. But of course Trump wins because of the card he thought was the worst in his deck. Forget praising the egg God, the sheep God has done more
I had to pick my jaw from the floor after that 1st warlock fight. that goes to show ladies and gents, insanity and the state of being genius goes hand in hand. jeeeeeezuz.
it wasnt a misplay... he was being sniped... watch the game again and see how long he holds that sheep for let alone the ability to play exactly what was needed where depending on the cards he had in his hand...
That warlock player in the first game CLEARLY needs to watch Trump's iDraft segment. The quality of the cards that were chosen made me want to pull my hair out.
BlueRiging what? no way, gargoyle sucks so bad, and you can play a flame imp with a 2 drop on 3 for example or imp plus tap, its just still better than that gargoyle
Those mages beat trump by using skill and decision making. Skill in the form of being offered Mage as one of their 3 classes. Decision making in the form of choosing to win the game rather than go AFK. Because that's how much skill and decision making went into those mage wins.
God damn. AnaR. The blind luck is real. At least you managed to win. If you lost that would have been the greatest injustice ever. Like... I don't even know what he was even doing most of the time. Especially that time rewinder. He could have returned the Venture Co. Merc after clearing your taunt but instead left it on one health, returned a vitality totem to his hand that didn't help at all in the long run, and then played that totem for far more mana than it would ever be worth. And he picked Magma Rager. Wat.
Um...so are we not getting part 2 for the last Trump Cards? It's not on the channel, so...idk. Unless specifically my browser isn't showing it, which would be weird.
Anyone know if Trump's win percentage/meta spreadsheet or something like it is available anywhere? I'd like to put a spreadsheet like that together for myself, but don't want to miss anything.
In the second game I knew he didn't have spellbreaker because if that was the case he would have played coin spellbreaker the explosive sheep on turn 3 and pretty much win the game. I'm surprise trump didn't thought of that.
kyle mello if you're talking about the game where there was a clockwork gnome out, it would've been quite dumb since it dies to it and even if loot hoarder were to die with no cause other then drawing a card it's much better than having a knife juggler trade into a 1 mana cost minion.
Trump should follow up on his comment at 5:05, replace ogre magi and explosive sheep with another void caller and imp gang boss and attempt to take this deck to legend. See how good this deck really is!
I dunno if im just terrible at warlock but I feel it really lags behind in the game right now, especially arena. In arena i barely get more than 1-3 wins with warlock, compared to a standard of 7-10 wins with rogue paladin or mage. When playing ranked I also feel like warlock or shaman almost always is a free win even at legend. They have to be extremely lucky with card draw most of the time. But that's just my take on the class.
Had to double check to make sure that first guy wasn't Gannicus the meta visionary.
rayoku2 or Nostam
Fallen Seraph Or Dennis?
rayoku2 oh god.. it was so painful to watch
beyOndzZz It made me cringe
rayoku2 the sad part is he would've won for sure if he had played his cards in the right order just a single time ^^
Wow. That warlock played so well I'm lost for words
Martin Olsson Are you kidding, what is sarcasm?
Martin Olsson sarcasm :)
Martin Olsson It was sarcasm.
Amund Kringen Samuelsen
Well played!
Amund Kringen Samuelsen you have to hedge when Trump is in the meta.
"Editors Recommendation: Make sure to watch the first game - it's pure gold."
Thank you Jens
2 Sac pacts and a Rager.
THIS GUY'S DECK IS CRAZY.
I miss the times when the arena videos started with the quote the hero says when you select them.
Jens please! PogChamp

that first game was prob a legendary top 20 face hunter leaving his way for a few minutes in arena :P
Merlinose he was trying to get enough dust to craft more face cards
Merlinose Probably saw a face after misclicking on arena and went after it
torq
Jesus christ that first game was incredible XD
Malganis: I AM MALGANIS, I AM A TURTLE!!!
Jaina: Correction, you're really a sheep.
Malganis: Oh yeah, my bad sis.
The stress levels from the first game were real.
What a fool picking a 3/2 that hurts you over a 1/4 that heals itself all the time.
"explosive sheep definitely weakest card in my deck"
just won game #1
Scraber The only way to counter a shitty deck, is with a shitty card!
Scraber if Gnomeregan Infantry wines you the game cous you needed that 1 dmg to win is that card good ?
Scraber sacrificial pact almost won the opponent the game as well, doesn't make it a good card.
+Voxxorian he didn't say it was a good card he just said that Trump's worst card won him the game
***** More often than not it ends up harming you just as much as your opponent (in arena), so I can indeed call it shitty, especially in this context!
Every single thing about that first match is just classic. So good.
Honestly that first game was one of the funniest things ive seen in a while, and Trump just made it funnier
I still expect to see part two of your Rogue Arena Trump. The title clearly promises that there is more than one part.
TyranusRex721 The "Part 1" is to prevent spoilers. If that wasn't included, you'd know the result of the last game.
victorafp He has done single parts in the past without putting in "Part 1". Seems more like a titling mistake if you ask me.
TyranusRex721 I'm almost certain that it's a recent change and intentional. The description also says "Part 2: (coming soon)". Plus, it's such a logical and obvious answer for preventing spoilers.

"I'll go with a pint" - Trump 2015
Conor N lol, but to be serious that was an awkward choice to me, innteresting how players value cards so differently
I think it's very correct considering this is arena.. You can't rely on getting power overwhelming for a large burst damage.. Unless you think arcane golem is good by itself :P

28:10 "I AM MALGANIS, I AM ETEEERRRNAAALLLL"
*poof*
"mehhh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh"
That first game was absolutely insane. The 2 sacrificial pacts. And then the opponent playing his whole hand with a questing adventurer.
But of course Trump wins because of the card he thought was the worst in his deck.

I had to pick my jaw from the floor after that 1st warlock fight. that goes to show ladies and gents, insanity and the state of being genius goes hand in hand. jeeeeeezuz.
That first game was just absolutely ludicrous... my god
That sheep ended up saving the first game.
26:15 This missplay, right in the Hearthstone
Ayrwan Pelletier i may seem stupid but what missplay?
+Jordan McGarty The opponent missed 1 damage by not attacking first with the Flamewaker.
Mac Musial wow that was really obvious thanks.
+Jordan McGarty the flamewaker was buffed by the wolf, so he should've attacked with it before trading the wolf. 1 damage lost
it wasnt a misplay... he was being sniped... watch the game again and see how long he holds that sheep for let alone the ability to play exactly what was needed where depending on the cards he had in his hand...
All I can say about that first opponent is "WOW" lol
That warlock player in the first game CLEARLY needs to watch Trump's iDraft segment. The quality of the cards that were chosen made me want to pull my hair out.
"I am Malganis. I am eternal!!!"
Sacrificial Pact.
I want this guy to compete on Blizzcon and win. His deck would be insane
11:44 The exact moment that sheep gets value and saves the game
that first game is the funniest i've seen in a really long time hahahaha holy shit
That first warlock was like the King of Morons.
King Moron, eh?
+Stephanie N "Every time I turn my back, you're fooling around on those damn phones, checking your life-journals and your my-places..."
KenY2Ken Haha. Good old king Moron.
I was tempted to go with "You're on my Shit List, kid!" but I thought that might be misinterpreted if you weren't going for that reference.
GodUd6589 ikr,i was surprised trump didn't get 2 bananas
Behold ladies and gentlemen, for only in this video can one truely see the wonders of The Arena!
That first game was memorable in a strangely epic way
26:26 I would have played voidcaller and sheep here. Trump took the value play over the tempo one when the win condition was clearly tempo.
The 1st round opponent's deck was such a hard counter to trump's that he played like a lunatic and still almost won.
Trump gets best Warlock deck I've ever seen in arena - almost goes 2-3.
Even when against an inexperienced bad player at the start trump still treats him like a legend player. I respect him for that
man that first game really put me at a loss for words, especially how you almost lost it
16:18
"I'll throw out the sheep next turn as a sacrificial 'lamb.' Hah hah hah ha."
...
Holy shit that first game.
"This deck is insane!" As he matches up against other insane decks
It's spooky scary skeletons...
But who am I to say
3:35 obiously the wrong pick. You didn't have near enough 3 drops.
BlueRiging what? no way, gargoyle sucks so bad, and you can play a flame imp with a 2 drop on 3 for example or imp plus tap, its just still better than that gargoyle
BlueRiging
troll or serious? O.o
TokRocK He was kidding lol
Buchse123 Obviously joking.
BlueRiging
thanks. i needed someone to confirm it ^^
That first warlock was BEAST.
First warlock was a god among plebs. He will be remembered
Wow, that warlock countered the arena metagame so hard.
Those mages beat trump by using skill and decision making.
Skill in the form of being offered Mage as one of their 3 classes.
Decision making in the form of choosing to win the game rather than go AFK.
Because that's how much skill and decision making went into those mage wins.
that first game is prob the best game of hearthstone i have ever seen
"I AM MAL'GANIS, I AM ETERN - meaah"
That first opponent... My head... So many bad plays and such a weird draft and he still almost won!
im completely speechless after seen the first game. Holy mother of good
Welcome to the rest of the HearthStone community's usual experience.
I think because of the title, I got an ad in Spanish. Thanks, Jens!
Sheep actually saved him in the two games he won and would've (probably) saved him in the other ones as well if drawn in the early game.
Sorry for giving you the first loss, didn't realize I played you until watching this video :P - HappyPants
Uploads part 1 of another arena before part 2 of of the last one he did. /clap
Thank you, Trump. Thank you thank you.
I AM MAL'GANIS. I AM ETER- baa.
Every. Damn. Time.
Dat grim patron though, once lost a game to patron/power overwhelming combo-wombo
the first game was mind-blowing
When you have lose the 1st game with you dont do explosive sheep + power overwhelming ?
That first game made me almost cry
God damn.
Wat.
MGlBlaze Magma Rager is an excellent card and I won't stand you slandering its holy name like that.
Repent, you non-believer.
Jesus that first game was nuts.
If you lost that first game I would have lost all faith in humanity
I'm the G-U-L-apostrophe D. A. N.
And there ain't no other Warlock raisin' hell like I can.
I'm Demolicious!
... I'll see myself out ->
That first guy was terrible I'm so happy you didn't lose to him
It's funny that I saw that 2nd sac coming
OMG this first game
What a game !
That first game hahaahaa AnaR is a GENIUS
Wow good job, my warlock play is a different history.
Okay, okay... *looks to the side of the drink* yep, having none of that anymore!
Oh btw (23:44) Mal'ganis would not have helped you out!
"He hard-countered my deck!" EXCUSES!
That first game though.
The 1st game made me laugh so hard
WOW! that opening hand 1st game.
the fights were in reverse order. he killed the final boss in the first battle
Does your level affect the cards that come up or something cause I barely get rares and epics in arena
Um...so are we not getting part 2 for the last Trump Cards? It's not on the channel, so...idk. Unless specifically my browser isn't showing it, which would be weird.
that first game was goddamn stressful
Anyone know if Trump's win percentage/meta spreadsheet or something like it is available anywhere? I'd like to put a spreadsheet like that together for myself, but don't want to miss anything.
- gets one of the best arena decks i've ever seen
'' that's a pretty good deck''
Trump pls .-.
In the second game I knew he didn't have spellbreaker because if that was the case he would have played coin spellbreaker the explosive sheep on turn 3 and pretty much win the game. I'm surprise trump didn't thought of that.
Did trump just call snapjaw a rhinoceros
If you shove a whirling blade on the snout of a giant turtle, it resembles a rhinoceros. Or at least that was his joke.
ah i see, good old trump
We don't even have the second part of the 237th arena...
Nathan Mergen He lost 4-3 genius
Nathan Mergen did you even watch it? there was no second part, he got 3 losses in part 1, jens said "part 1" so you would think he didnt lose
Oh yeah now I remember. Well my bad, but it's not a reason for both of you to answer that agressively.
Nathan Mergen it isn't there, he lost if I remember it correctly
It's official, Gannicus has been reincarnated.
0:58 when she says Netflix and chill
The funny thing is, that warlock that almost beat trump probably ended 0-3 his arena run.
I remember watching this on stream! :)
just wondering why at 12:30 he didn't taunt the 4\2 and return the healbot next turn for more health?
MRnewvegas1 I wondered the same. Guess he valued the card draw over the extra heal.
victorafp yah figured but strange when he can heal and tap more
MRnewvegas1
I hear you. Maybe it was an oversight on Trump's behalf.
Did Trump get a new account? His warlock and druid class both used to be golden and now I noticed they were not recently :3
How long does it take to upload a vid jens? It used to take about 3 hours for a 20 minute video and that was in 480p.
Depends on your internet
@Trump Hey Trump, i am new to Hearthstone and only rank 19. I was wondering the reasoning of playing loot hoarder over knife juggler on turn 2.
kyle mello if you're talking about the game where there was a clockwork gnome out, it would've been quite dumb since it dies to it and even if loot hoarder were to die with no cause other then drawing a card it's much better than having a knife juggler trade into a 1 mana cost minion.
I had a game in arena where I used 2 unstable portals and I got malganis and master of disguise. The other person conceded right after.
The mage class is too OP!
I am Malganis, I am eternal... baaah
AnaR probably thought he could make Patron Warlock a thing. Unfortunately for him, that wasn't the case
that sniper first match
Trump should follow up on his comment at 5:05, replace ogre magi and explosive sheep with another void caller and imp gang boss and attempt to take this deck to legend. See how good this deck really is!
"He's like frothing at the mouth like... Yes! Sylvanas Mmmmm!" - Trump 2015

But that's just my take on the class.
warlock needs healing in arena and that's rare. otherwise too easy to beat going face especially if warlock is going 2nd.
Oh man, Trump almost lost that first game despite that million misplays that guy was doing.
23:17 why didn't throw a sheep and then use PowerOverwhelming? could live 1 more turn or something
