You actually don't have to be 1000+ for the fire ball. I'm level 700. I think you just need the fire ball game pass to get the electric blue fire ball.

hopefully the game brings back snow ball and how to make it fair is that snow ball will be unlocked at lvl 500 to be fair and does not work with electric ball also it's damage will decrease in 50 less damage hope they actually add this in game again

few things so the cave on the hill in the secret garden is an easier way to get to the morpher to be an egg also the blue lightning fireball is only for people who have the fireball game pass I´m almost level 2,000 and I can´t get it but great video anyway!
