The amount of people here that are severely misinformed about freezing eggs without bothering to so much as google is terrifying. No she’s not pregnant. No she didn’t get rid of all of her eggs so she can never get pregnant. She’s saving a few fertile eggs now in case she wants to have children later in life when she’s less fertile. 🙃

Even so, it's a scam. People who freeze their eggs don't even use them she can have kids well into her fifties as long as she doesn't hit menopause. Having a aunt as a specialist (fertility doctor) she recommends to not freeze your eggs it's a huge waste of money and it does not guarantee a baby if you already hit menopause.

I do agree with you because if you spoiled child they will thing they can take anything that they want then when they get older they will want everything even when they have no money. I’ve had three different surgeries and it never gets any easier. Unfortunately, I have gotten chronic pain from the second one. It’s really hard sometimes to get up.

I've been told by many doctors that you really don't need to freeze your eggs unless you have infertility issues or it runs in the family. The doctor also told me your more likely to get pregnant naturally than with a frozen egg. Did my own research and it did align with what they said but I still think freezing eggs is a great idea IF AND ONLY IF you have the money for it. That stuff is expensive.
PunkNinjaGirl :3 sometimes it is beneficial if you have a low number of eggs left or if you plan on getting pregnant later in life. Once you’re over 35 you are considered a geriatric pregnancy. I do believe having frozen eggs is safer because the risk of Down syndrome and other diseases and disabilities is greatly lowered because the eggs were from when you were younger. While your body is older your eggs are not, unlike a natural pregnancy where your body and eggs would be older. But I totally agree with the things you said and it is definitely expensive!!
I got 24 eggs during my IVF cycle too :). I ended up with 11 little embryos. I now have an 8 month old from my first embryo transfer. It's such an interesting process. I would love to hear how things go when you decide to fertilize and transfer embryos. Good luck in the future! ♥️. Babies are life changing in the best way.

Hey, this is a super healthy decision! She knows that she and/or Husky aren't ready for puppies, so she did this instead of just doing something they weren't ready for.

@@cerisewoodson7922 - most online stores I've seen tend to have that off-shoulder flannel style, but it's the first time I've seen one with adjustable straps. You could replicate it even, and save yourself some money in the process and have it at best fit XD

I had my eggs frozen before chemo last year. I don't know that I will ever use them, but I'm thankful that I have them as an option. The process was interesting, way more involved than I thought it would be. We got 13 eggs :) The whole process was about 5 weeks for me. I did injections every day for 3 weeks or so? its been a year now I don't remember it all. lol. (I guess they rushed it for me? because of cancer and such). I used menopur for all of mine because it was cheaper! They just increased my dosage :) I'm so glad you made a video on this! All I could find when I looked it up last year were people who were completing the whole IVF process and that was hard for me since I knew I was losing all chance at fertility. I was fully under for mine but everything was done via the birth canal so I had no visible incisions afterward.

I didn't have 'surgery' to collect my eggs, I didn't go under anesthesia because it was going to be too expensive. So I went to a clinic where they give you gas and painkillers and you lay there while they stick a large needle through the wall of your vagina into your ovaries. They collected 21 eggs. It was horrendous, but so so worth it :)

Freezing your eggs in your prime is a great idea because having "old" and, more often, defective eggs as our bodies age is one of the hurdles of falling pregnant for older women, IVF or not. I would be careful though thinking that just because you have frozen your eggs, that you have 'no time restraints' on starting a family. You will certainly be at an advantage using young eggs, but other things can cause hiccups with falling pregnant. If you have no other health problems now, maybe you won't in another ten years either. But some women, while they are in the 20s, don't even realise they have a condition which could make falling pregnant or staying pregnant difficult. One I know of from a friend's experience is blocked fallopian tubes. Other problems like endometriosis, or even polyps in your uterus can make it hard for the eggs to implant. Also hormone imbalances. Many conditions do have symptoms however, so if anyone knows they have strange symptoms, best to discover early in case it can make things harder later. I know too many women in their mid to late 30s / early 40s who have waited to start a family only to find out that some condition they have is making it take years, and many of them miss out, or have miscarriage after miscarriage. The other thing to consider, and I say this from experience of having several pregnancies in my late 30s / early 40s, pregnancy, child birth and parenthood is tough when you are older. You don't have the same energy levels of a younger fitter person. So just for that, don't wait too long if you can help it! And finally, don't forget, your partner should also have his swimmers checked out. Sometimes there is absolutely no problem with a woman's eggs but the guy's bit's aren't swimming right, and people try for years not realising it's him and not her. Good on you for showing this in a video. x

I am terrified of what it is going to take for me to get pregnant and carry a child because I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. I have a phobia of needles. Some people say they are afraid of of them I am petrified of them I have an involuntary and complete mental break down at the sight of needles coming towards me for the purpose of going in me. I will have to take Valium every day or see a phycologist to treat my phobia or something.

It's so awesome you are sharing this. My husband and I have been together 12 years and have not gotten pregnant on our own yet. We are looking forward to one day taking the steps in the direction we need to get closer to our dream of being parents. Working in Labor and Delivery sometimes makes my hope a little harder to swallow but it also is so rewarding to be a part of that special and beautiful part of peoples lives.
