Not that it matters much but just so you know! Everyone has an adam's apple! It's not a sex based characteristic, even though it does tend to be more prominent in men and less so in women. But men without obvious ones and women with more prominent ones do exist! Don't be insecure about it :)

Technically, yes and no. While everyone has a pocket in their throat for vocal cords, which a larger pocket for a deeper voice is what causes an Adams Apple, it’s the actual bump on the throat that is the adams apple, so if there isn’t a bump, you don’t have one
But men with higher pitched voices might not have one and women with lower pitched voices might have one, so yeah, it’s not really sex based but not everyone has one

I figured out if you have an iphone you can turn on low power mode and it will dim!
U can also lower white point in settings if it’s still too bright

didnt know how much i needed relaxation in the back of the knees but as soon as you did it i felt my legs turn to butter bcz apparently i was tensed up in areas i didn’t know i keep tension! this was an amazing video, so glad it came up on my recommended! (also i recommend the inside of the elbow for next video, i get allergies in the summer there quite a lot so that would be amazing)
