So basically the story that this is based off of “Lonely Freddy” is once again one of the stories of the same name
The story is about a kid named Alec who is a big brat, has an ego, and is a jerk to his little sister because he thinks she is a secret spoiled brat when in reality she is not. They go to a Freddy Fazbear’s during the story a couple times and in this pizzeria, they have tiny animatronics called Lonely Freddy’s who go around and try to befriend lonely children at the pizzeria. At the end of the story Alec as soon as he learns his lesson comes in contact with one of these Lonely Freddy’s in the back room and the Lonely Freddy forcefully swaps bodies with Alec and takes his place. And at the very end after being broken and thrown up on. Alec as Lonely Freddy is thrown into a dumpster where it is revealed that there are dozens of other lonely Freddy’s that have other children’s souls inside that dumpster

Fun Fact: If you listen closely at the instrumental part of 5:54, you can hear a chorus of the voices of all the Lonely Freddies saying "Help. Me." This chorus also echoes the word "Lonely" in the next part.

Each one of the lonely Freddy’s are kids that have been switched with the freddy doll one had blue eyes because the kid that got switched with lonely freddy had blue eyes

Soo there are in total 36stories in the 12 fazbear fright books and this is just 1 of the 4 animations you've watched and listen to.

Basically the Fred bear dolls are robots made to find lonely troubled kids and take there body's also right when he decided to be a good person and change and be nice to his sister was when he was body swapped so it's extra sad he is then thrown away with the other body swapped kids also this was supposed to be the same bear as FNAF 4 so crying child may have been lucky
These Lonely Freddy dolls have nothing to do with the FNaF 4 Fredbear plushie. Maybe at most the idea that they were designed to follow lonely children, but even then, Afton wouldn't give his son a mind swapping toy. Also, these dolls don't "teletransport" like the Fredbear Plushie.
The ending is so freaky, as it wasn't just one case of this happening
You're correct all of the small freddy's (lonely freddy's) do have kids in them it has happened more then once
The Basic TLDR is that This kid (Alec) thinks his perfect sister is trying to sabatoge his relatioship with his parents and at her birthday he's really mean to her and then feels bad because he realizes that she's just nice. Then he meets this lonely freddy that asks him what his regrets are which he says that it is being mean to his sister and He swaps bodies with the Freddy.
Yeah this was never my favorite fastest fright book either, but I feel like this song captured the tone very well, even if it isn’t my favorite. I prefer something that is accurate to the books anyways.

So, yes it is his sister, or how he called it, "a brat, or golden angle" it was the sisters birthday party and they went to Freddy fazbears pizza to celebrate, but the brother did not want to her to have any more things, bc, she was a brat, and in the house or apartment, he was the one who was good and perfect to his family, but the sister was the one being selfish and a brat to the family, so when the sister won the foxy plush, she wanted to give it to the brother, but he insisted that he didn't want it, but she didn't buy it, so she kept trying to give to him, but broke it by accident, and the brother felt ashamed of himself, so he went to hide in the storage or backstage, to think about what he had done, but he stumbled into lonely Freddy, and lonely Freddy literally switched body's with each other, then the brother got thrown into this machine with many other lonely Freddys that had other children inside of them, and that's how the book ended with a screem and black, but it was a really long beginning to the book, so I didn't mention any of the Non-inportant parts
So that container is full of people who got swapped and if you were there in real life and tried to hear them all you would hear is a squeak because you have to be in there for a really long time to actually get used to moving and stuff but yeah that girl is his sister and sorry for the essay
Edit : the way you get swapped is when the Freddy ask you questions and it sorta reaches in your soul while your in a trance like state to get the answers and you can fight back by forcing yourself to not answer as it needs a verbal answer but you start to feel Immense pain on your chest like an anvil is sitting on it and sooner or later you give in and get body swapped sorry for the essay

Here’s a sorta explanation to the story
Alec and the girl are sibling and Alec thinks his sister is a spoiled brat since she perfect at everything and the foxy plush (rare prize to get) which the sister got and gave to Alec but Alec thought this was a trick so he swiped it but ripped the arm off and went to the storage then lonely freddy started to take over the body and pretended to be Alec and the real Alec couldn’t talk so he couldn’t ask for help, a little while later the sister pukes on lonely Alec/freddy and so Alec is taken to the bin and when he is dropped in he hears the other freddys say “help” and all that because Alec is not the only victim
This in my opinion is one of the saddest songs in the fnaf style songs

I got a theory
the other Freddys are other living souls of people consumed by the freddys so more amtronics going into humans and more humans being amtronics also they are put in the trash and when they open there mouth thats when they said "HELP" but he thought he said help but it was a person on the right then on the left then all the freddys its a whole hour story thingy and its from a book series so yeah good luck its really easy to find the little girl is his sister its elizabeth and the boy is mike but the little girl is his sister but not elizabeth and the boy isnt the boy its a long story all the freddys and also consumed souls by only kids.
