They need to finish out the in the park berms into seating even if they never fill them. L. Dale Mitchell isn't an SEC level ballpark relative to seating and amenities.
I think OU is spending a total of $411 million on Athletic Facilities like I said $38 to $40 million on Baseball $35 to $40 million on basketball and $43 million on our softball and $300 million on our Football and plus some other Athletic Facilities gymnastics golf tennis etc. So OUs overall budget for this project is probably slightly more then $411 million
