Muy buenas noches mi querido amigo, mi barra de sonido igual a que usted está reparando se me daño el regulador de voltaje, y dado a eso no le puedo cambiar el regulador por que las iniciales no se aprecia por qué el regulador de voltaje se quemó. Me podría hacer el grandísimo favor de decirle cual es la numeración exacta. Le agradece de corazón lo que pueda hacer por mi, saludos.
I've have issue with this home theatre. When I connect it to my Samsung Smart TV.. When 5.1 content is playing I don't get that effect on rear speakers, even though it's connected with HDMI ARC. In each speakers I'm hearing the same sound like mono audio
Since its 1000w home theater... Can you tell me...is the power consumption normal or its high compared to others and one more thing if we extend the length of rear speakers wires will it affect the sound quality?
Any reason why mine may have stopped working? It's only been 10 months and mine no longer turns on for some reason. Wanna use my warranty but lost my receipt :(

Hi I have brought this soundbar. For once the fan has blown up upto it's fullest when I was watching a movie. I noticed and touched the backside of woofer. It was very hot so I switched off that time. And after that till now the fan runs normal of the backside. You can notice it by putting your hand there. Brother I have a ques, did you also noticed lesser bass in this audio system. And is there anyway to maximize it?
well this is the second unit that i request to the store and it have the same problem, the subwoofer fan doesnt work at all, i dont know if it work only when the subwoofer are getting hot, like laptops, when a laptop its getting hot, the fans beging to work automatically but i doubt it about that.
I also have this soundbar the fan in subwoofer only starts when the subwoofer reaches extreme high temperature and it automatically starts rotating so you do not need to worry about it it is same like in laptops the fan only starts automatically when it reaches high temperature

Yes it is 1000 Watts peek and question wire length that's not a problem We can
So for example if we run our home theater for 3hr so power consumption be like (3hr*1000w)/1000 = 3 units? Is that right?
