Thank you for reacting to this one!! Dream has always been my favourite unit, their b-sides are normally like this, they focus a lot on inspiring and being real with the youth around the world.. I thank them a lot for this type of songs. Also idk if you knew but this is the first time we see Renjun after he took some time off because of his mental health, so to see him back smiling right in the center really hit me hard, specially with the song that it is, it feels extra special! If you like this type of song, theres a lot like them : ) they make me tear up a little bit but well, they are needed and our emotions are meant to be felt. "Unknown" and "my youth" are great ones! And if you're struggling, we are all here with you, life has moments like this and feeling down is completely valid, it will pass, time heals a LOT! We will get thru it no matter what!! I’m so in love with this song, it’s so pretty. The vocals, the lyrics, the choreo and the mv itself are just so pretty. My favourite Dream song since Broken Melodies last year. I think the message of the lyrics rings more genuine because this is the essence of Dream’s overall message. They might try different styles, more mature songs, hype songs etc. but they always keep this message of optimism about the future, and being there to support each other (whether that’s them to fans, each other, a romantic relationship or family). It’s their touch stone message since debut. Wishing you so much support and love for your new endeavours! You work so very hard and are extremely genuine. So long as you’re having fun, I know you will do well! Self doubt is relatable. And many people just let it get the better of them. So the fact that you’re feeling that and still moving forward is already a win! 😊😊😊 💖💖💖
this song I think very much is a song of the year contender though, from what I heard too I would agree honestly, I think I am most interested in hearing more from Dream than most NCTs now, the last couple of songs have been exactly this! thank you! I think it will be good, I am just a worrier and that self doubt is a tough thing to get over for sure, I hope you are right.
One of worry shared by Renjun who also relatable for all performers are how to stand under the spotlight and thousand eyes in such big stages and required to sing live perfectly. Last year world tour requires them to have concert at least once every week for months whilst they still have to prepare albums etc if they are not on stages This song comfort me too. The part that resonate is " we are the same but hurt differently", you cannot fall unless you in my arms, you can tell me your struggle and it will not change how i look at you.
