i am reminded of Hemel Hempstead Pavilion when the electrics failed and they did the entire set armed with acoustic guitars and a few bits of straw. Marvellous. I too thought Mutter was, if not dead, long gone
Saw them in the early 70's and assumed they'd sadly passed into obscurity. Then some of us started mentioning them to Stuart Maconie on his BBC 6 Music Freak Zone show and a year or so later...
I'm a fan ....A very recent one..Saw them recently on the old grey whistle test video from 1975 ...It was really good...So unlike all the polished over produced garbage that you hear these days .....brilliant stuff ...
