What did you use to tie them to the drapes? I think I may have missed that step. (Kids are loud) lol I am thinking of ideas to do at the school Valentine's Dance that we will be having for a fundraiser. I would love to have beautiful decor, but to be able to do it myself and not put a lot of money into it would be awesome! This is absolutely beautiful! I could also use this idea when my parents renew their vowels next year!!
