- Hello everyone, welcome to my crochet RUclips channel.
This is my first tutorial video regards of how I crochet my Pochacco drawstring bag.
This tutorial is been required by my TikTok followers and I hope that this video is useful to you guys.
Please bear with me if my video missed out anything as this is my first sharing this.
I will do my best and share with you guys 🥰

R1 : 25ch, 22DC (starting from 3rd stitch), (3DC same stitch), 21DC, (2DC same stitch), slip stitch with beg stitch
R2 - R11 : 2ch, 48DC, slip stitch with beg
R12 : 2ch, [2DC, 1ch, skip 1 ch, 2DC], repeat [ ] until the end, slip stitch with beg
R13 : 2ch, 48DC, slip stitch with beg
Notes : R1-R6 (blue), R7-R11 (white)

R2 : 6 Inc ( [2SC same stitch] repeat 6 times)

R4 : 6 Dec ( SC decrease, repeat 6 times)

It’s a very great video with good explanation but for somehow when I crochet it, it turned out as big as a makeup bag 😅
The size of outcome will depends on how tight/loose when you crochet. Try to hold it tightly when you crochet

Hey, I really love this poach! I’m currently stuck on doing the ears, as I see in your video, after finishing a row you slip stich and add 1 chain, though it’s not mentioned in the Video written down, is this common knowledge while doing this or am I mistaken? 🫣 it would be really helpful if you could write down the exact steps for the rows 🥰 still thanks for sharing! I changed the blue tone to yellow so it looks like chimmy from bts 😍

hello, im really confused abt the small white pompoms and ears.
for the pompoms, how do you close the ball...? you said to sew but im not too sure how?

Sorry for confusing as this is my first tutorial video regards of crochet.
There is 2 lines for the stitch, you sew over the first line (the line towards to you) for 1 round then tighten the yarn. You should able to close the ball.
It’s slight hard to give you the tips as I’m not a good person to teach for beginners. May be you can search basic crochet from RUclips before you try do the ears.

No need for 2ch.. but the first DC will be same stitch with the slip stitch.

In R1, wdym 3DC same stitch and In R2, does 48 DC include 2 ch before?
R1 : 3DC same stitch means that make 3 double crochet inside same stitch before you move to another stitch
R2: only need to do 2 chain when you starting new row. After that continue do 48 double crochet

The online shop I bought from my local country shop. It’s 6mm of oval shape of eyes. I bought from diff online shop (no specific) hence it slightly different. Apologies that I can’t recommend the shop to you.

hi! i have a question because i do the first 48 stitches on the first row, but because you take the first stitch to do the slip stitch it ends with 47? im confused by that, do you count the slip stitch as a stitch too?
Yes, I do. My first double crochet start from the slip stitch

Yes, you need to do 2 chain then continue do 48 double crochet. And slip stitch to complete each row.

It’s total 48 double crochet? Did you count it? Or you may be pulling your yarn tighter when you crochet
@@chorshan.handicrafts yes 48 I used a 2.5 hook with weight 4 blue yarn but i think 5 weight white yarn
its not too much of a difference but it looks wider, shouldn't using a smaller hook make it smaller anyways

Is to connect with beginning stitch & complete the the row. If you don’t have pin as mark, you can use other color of yarn or anything that you will know which is the beginning stitch.

Like when you say repeat like how and like im confused how to increase aswell as like when u say 2 single crochet then increase
If you refer to 2 single crochet then increase = means you crochet 2 single crochet (diff stitch), after that crochet 2 single crochet in same stitch (increase)

First stitch : single crochet, second stitch: 2 single crochet in the same stitch (2sc) And repeat same again until the end.
That row will be like sc, (2sc), sc, (2sc), sc (2sc) . Hope it’s helps as the color of yarn hard to explain more details in the video.
