Lime sulphur the wood apply a wood hardening agent the cover in a two part epoxy. Will end the rot that could spread down and up. Also epoxy stimulates a faster healing as it gives the cambium something clean to push against. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️. Maple wood digests so fast if your soil is healthy with microbial life. Beautiful tree❤
@@dirtylocustgardencenter7200 Thank you. I am outside Merced. I have my cactus, succulents, and desert roses, under 40% shade, facing east. House shade is used to cover sensative plants after around six hours of sun, desert roses get the most. I am going to look for Maples in Spring since they can be okay. Glad to see a source of quality plants kinda locally, presently closest nursery is in Fresno
Thanks to you all of my trees are healthy as ever! Can’t wait for the next class!

I am a bit south of you. I wasn't aware we could have maples due to heat. Now I need maples
@@stevevaughn2040 it's all about the shade Steve. We use 60 to 70 from March/April to about October based on the temperature 🙂
60 to 70 percent
