Nice video, thanks for that! I got a quick question that maybe someone could answer. Im very new to unreal so im not sure if that is even possible. But with the rising popularity of D&D thanks to Baldurs Gate for example, i thought about the idea of exporting the mesh of your created character as an stl-file to 3d print it for your real life tabletop experience. Is there a plugin that gives the player during runtime the possibility to do that? I found an addon called GLTF Exporter but i am not sure if only I could use that exporter in engine or if it comes with a feature that lets the player do that in game too. Would aprecciate any feedback!
Thank you for this extensive list! Coming from Unity it's extremely helpful to have this list 😃 Out of curiosity, the clips shown at 0:00 , 0:24 and 11:52 : does anyone happen to know from which game (if these are indeed from a game) these are? I know the second (and part of the third one) is featured on the Unreal main page, but there's no name saying where it's from. Thanks for the help!
I forgot to say: I think I'm very happy I decided to move from Unity to Unreal for my games :D And perhaps even "just" to create the environment for my book. I just watched the video you linked and It's amazing!
@@kibibytecompany I've got a feeling I won;t regret it either! Some of the tools I use in Unity will become available in Unreal as well, so that's wonderful. And with other tools I can make the art in Unity and export it to Unreal, I found. So.... I can still use the assets I paid dear money for :D Now I first have to learn about the basics and such. And then move on to the more complex things I want to have in my games :D

There is a plugin called “runtime import & export” I think. It lets you export fbx files which are 3d model files
@@kibibytecompany i'll take a Look into that, thanks!
The accent tho 💪🏻
Holy shit man amazing work thank you so much. Seriously guys smash that sub-button
your titles go right under the subtitles which is difficult for people who cant use sound
Do you mean the title of the plugins?
yes wonderful video and i thank you !!! the subtitles when enabled are directly over the titles you put for each plugin. @@kibibytecompany
That’s unfortunate. I will pay attention to that in my next videos. Thank you for pointing it out.
Thank you for this extensive list! Coming from Unity it's extremely helpful to have this list 😃
Out of curiosity, the clips shown at 0:00 , 0:24 and 11:52 : does anyone happen to know from which game (if these are indeed from a game) these are? I know the second (and part of the third one) is featured on the Unreal main page, but there's no name saying where it's from. Thanks for the help!
These clips are from the release video of Unreal Engine: ruclips.net/video/qC5KtatMcUw/видео.html
@@kibibytecompany Thanks so much! It looks amazing, what you can achieve with Unreal!
I forgot to say: I think I'm very happy I decided to move from Unity to Unreal for my games :D And perhaps even "just" to create the environment for my book. I just watched the video you linked and It's amazing!
Yeah. I actually was a Unity user back in the days but I decided to switch to Unreal and I think it was a very good decision
@@kibibytecompany I've got a feeling I won;t regret it either! Some of the tools I use in Unity will become available in Unreal as well, so that's wonderful. And with other tools I can make the art in Unity and export it to Unreal, I found. So.... I can still use the assets I paid dear money for :D
Now I first have to learn about the basics and such. And then move on to the more complex things I want to have in my games :D
customizable pathfinding is nuts! and free?!
What about the "Head Mounted VR" plugin? :)
I think I missed that somehow. Maybe at the time I made my research it wasn’t supported in ue5.2? I will add it to another video I planned to make :)
Quick restart for the win
GMCv2 for better multiplayer movement.
What was the plug in that let you drag an asset from one map to another?
It’s a pre installed one called Asset Pallete
I think I have the complete collection of "free for the month" plugins since unreal went open source. Give a call 😉😉
Ultra Dynamic Sky and weather
These are blueprint packs :) But thank you for sharing
