Soon to be a 3rd year student in TRU and I love this university, might not be a great place to do things, but a good thing is the small class size, and one to one communication to professors (can help you + guide you), and also cheaper tuition. Love the different nationalities here on campus as well, from China, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Scotland, Canada itself, France, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, etc.
@@sarbjitkaur1384 hi Sarbjit, um for Kamloops I don't think so, everyone is pretty friendly with one another on campus and off campus. Also a large population of indian students on TRU campus, as well. For BC itself I feel that racism is less than in Ontario as people are more open in a way. I've lived in Toronto and have experienced racism there, but for BC, primarily Vancouver and Kamloops I don't feel unsafe or experienced a lot of racism while living there.
Heard negative rumors about Tru in my country 🇧🇩 no one actually studied there but can't surly tell if the rumors are true or not what's your opinion in this Vcity???
I know many friends from Bangladesh and they all studied at TRU, the Bengali community in TRU is a close knit one, people participate in club activities, but maybe the school itself might not be for everyone.
