- In this one, I'll be showing you how to build a diy emp jammer; electromagnetic pulses damage sensitive electronic devices by inducing sporadic highs and lows in a circuits voltage. Things I use to build this device:
1 high voltage pulse module
6 high voltage, ceramic capacitors
low resistance copper wiring
1 on/ off switch
4 AA batteries
thank you for watching :D
Oh by the way (if you replicate), OBVIOUSLY, don't point this at anyone with a pacemaker

I need an update on the oven.
lollll no worries, it turned back on
it just needed the old unplug - plug back in
Dang he sacrificed his over for his watchers. What a champ. You got a sub 🏆
This is awesome and love the editing too!
oh wow great channel dude, one of my best YT discoveries
I don't remember subbing to this guy but holy shit. I love this.
What additional equipment would be needed to extend the range and focus of this experiment?
If you're still looking for an answer to this, place the emitter in a parabolic bowl with as reflective interior surface as possible and raise the voltage as high as you can. The parabolic shape will concentrate and focus the magnetism from the collapse, and the higher the voltage the more magnetism will be generated during each pulse, meaning stronger fields and thus longer range.
It might be possible to extend it further by placing the emitter in a series of reflective parabolic bowls that create an "expand-collapse" like pattern, where it starts expanding and then shrinks it down to a point before expanding again in the next bowl.
Good drone defense
I have a question, i have a tens unit and the diagram looks basically the same. So my question is, could i use it? wouldn't i just have to wrap the wires coming out in order to create the emp affect along with probably clipping the end plugs?
Cool! How would you construct a directional antenna for this?
Great work. At what point do you think you can start scaling up the capacitors and the coil turns before the Step-Up inverter becomes the bottleneck?
Is the coil really necessary in this case? i would have thought that the spark gap alone would do the job.
Came here because of my roommates annoyingly loud speaker in the living room i think itd be easier to just yank it out and chunk it out the 3rd floor window
old video but i had to comment after seeing that emp attack on the stove lol. "If it dies, it dies" 😂
Hi absolutely love the vid, definitely worth the like and sub. I do have a few further questions to ask if thats okay.
How does the following affect the resulting emp field generated from the coil?:
-Increasing the number of loops in the coil?
-Using higher voltage rated capacitors?
-Increase the number of capacitors in parallel (or increase the capacitance of each)?
-increase the distance of the spark gap?
-increase the frequency of the AC signal?
-increase the voltage of the AC signal?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated
Thank you!!
What is one of these things please explains and link where to get one or harvest one. Ty 🎉
Another thing can I use 250pf 1kv?
Very awesome
I'd love to see this thing tested against devices in mylar envelopes and emp shields.
will this work on AC (air conditioner)?
the unit which is outside, can i break it with something like this?
Try this, parallel 5 (or more) pieces of co-ax cable (1/4 wavelength at centre frequency will be shorter than a free space wavelength). Use the same stuff as TV down-lead, but you can use more specialist high voltage versions if you like. Make all of the pieces the same length, with the connections symmetrically arranged. Attach an antenna to one end (1/4 wavelength antenna connected to co-ax centre) charge the capacitance of the co-ax cables with high voltage (from a dc multiplier) and then have the charging end short together through a small spark gap. This is a VHF spark gap transmitter, it works really well as an EMP device, and has several metres range for susceptible devices. For the DC charger I used a camera flash circuit with the main capacitor removed and passed through a voltage multiplier (diodes and capacitors). Around 7kV is suitable for most standard, cheap, co-ax cables, you can go higher if you use some of the more specialist cables (RG213?)... It is a low impedance resonator connected to a high impedance load (the antenna). You only get a few RF cycles out of it, but the peak power is really high.
Got a drawing of this??
@@kjellagotnes4547 No, but it was based on a spark gap resonator. The co-ax bundle was charged from a camera flash circuit feeding a small voltage multiplier using a high-ish value resistor to avoid loading the co-ax bundle during discharge. A piece of wire was connected to the end of the co-ax bundle as an antenna. The voltage was only around 5kV and it would affect unshielded devices (a childs toy) at around 4m distance. The notes of doctor Carl E Baum willbe of help. ece-research.unm.edu/summa/notes/
What did you kill?
@@imho2278 2 laptops, by accident. Also could activate an (unshielded) childs' toy at around 5m distance. Basically a vhf spark gap transmitter. The notes of Dr. Carl. E. Baum are helpful, and also some old patents for missile jammers. You could also try searching for mesoband or switched oscillator.
@@imho2278 Forgot to mention that something called a 'frozen wave generator' would work better. The thing I made was a 'hertzian resonator' - I didn't realise it was something used in the past to blind radar - It's old tech so maybe can disable some civilian things, but doubt it's got any military use, seeing as the information is free to find and declassified.
Isn't this going to work just as well without the series capacitance? If not, why?
does it interfere with stereo speakers at a distance ? I mean induce noise or hum at a distance?
could this jammer make a disruption and disabling alarm?
what is the max range of the device?
Jay, how far will this transmit? Will it have any affect on electronic equipment from 50 to 75ft away?.
NO! Way to far.
You would first need a coil with a bigger diameter, say 20 feet.
How long distance your emp device jamming can work?
nice content
Hi tnx for the video👍
I got couple of questions:
1.Can I use An Ac to Ac regulator or dimmer?
2.How much dangerious is this to other devices? I want to disable something temporarily not fry it😁
3. For this to work does it have to be near the device all the time?(for constant influence)
4. Can this run 24/7?
Thank you for time👍🙏
pls explain about my voice listening through radios how?
Is this destroy devices or just you can unplug the plug back in
Capacitor name? How can I find it
You need way Moe powa! What does it take to let the smoke out of a couple of old cell phones at 50 feet?
A service call to replace the oven board is expensive. How come you didn't kill your scope and meter with the device?
Do you really need the spark gap?
It makes this distinctive sound everybody recognizes as high voltage.
great.
4:27 is hilarious
Would this damage a car computer? Just need to know what to keep it away from.
"spy sapping my sentry!"
Could you list the music in the description please sir?
yep, should be down there now
I need to build one of these to disable neighbor's speakers if certain decibel levels are exceeded for sustained time (ie 1 min).
Probably do a larger Tesla coil and a big battery.
Did you ever get around to doing this?
I too wish to shut up an antisocial fool of a decibel freak. From 100m away though. Could I use a directional version of this? Say with a car battery?
Miller’s planet what is the exact Mac book that you have in this video
Its a 2017 (i think) MacBook air
Yashwanth:Trying to destroy a device which isn't part of my daily routine

Where exactly do you show us how to build it ? Links to parts ....
I think he explained in the drawings

The Device you made is it strong enough to Break a Megaphone?
if you have it close enough yes
What is the farthest distance ?
Can this damage a pc?
USING WITH WHICH TYPE OF CIRCUIT WE CAN CREATE INTERFERENCE REMOTELY IN A COAXIAL CABLE (5 METER AWAY)......................PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE CIRCUIT NAMES........SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH.
Nice, I'm subbing. Lazy question: what do I need in terms of energy to mess with car eletronics? And yes, ik want to stop some trucks that are destroying my house and my street.
If they're diesels, they don't have electronics. Just glow plugs.
So how would you make it even more powerful?
More coils?
More power?
More capacitors?
Bigger coils?
All of the above
@@duderino6171 yeah, but where's the balance?
I want to destroy an arcade machine how much is enough?
@@frikiranger4788 how long is a piece of string?
@@StitchesLovesRats twice as long as half its length
Would be nicer if the EMP worked at higher distances
Person that created world simulation: that doesnt scratch the surface XD
Please can u buy this from you 👍
I WANT SCHEMATICS! I have some things I need to do.
How and why are you not famous?
Disrupting a megaphone with this is no different right?
why do so many people want to disrupt megaphones?
@@supahcomix just wondering for science
Fantastic I was hoping one of these could disable a protesters megaphone do you have any ideas thank you for video
It could but is it worth jail time to shut up a protestor!?
you could only do that if you got close enough
@@supahcomix This version, correct. But you can make one that directs it as well increasing length from target
Just build a lidar.
And you have ripped of Collin's home made MIDI!! Hee hee...
But why not use rechargeable batts in an easy to pull out batt case.
Would you want to sell one?
i’m on a emp rabbit hole after watching robot dog black mirror
Right? I want to build one that can take out a killer robot
In theory
And 'Dark Angel'.
Watching people destroying their own property is hilarious.
So reckless. Thank you 🙏
How much , seriously !
Would one that size take out my next door neighbors car stereo whose speakers are in the grill yes in the grill and causes my house to literally vibrate. Yes called the law does no good. It's driving me insane. Tired of boom boom boom
When he was testing the home made EMP Device, my computer screen went dim, my quartz watch stopped,
A working microwave between a bluetooth headset and a bluetooth emitter will cut the bluetooth signal. Hmmm
Doesn’t seem like this had any serious long term effects on most of the things you put that next to...
Lighting cause emp and radiation
Speed light is slowing about 10k per year
So basically you are just dumping a capacitor into a coil?
Are you selling them lol
I might make this to destroy those public restroom perv cams and give it to local women.
Can You Disable The Electricity Of United State Tower Lol
Looking shield my pc before drop grand more than North Korea sends emo pulse and it hunk junk they used that take airliner down in Africa that wiring is super expensive to prevent it
Take heat sink vary fins length should prevent emps damage add spark gap cap to bleed off excessive energy
I never tried that cause don't have access to that stuff right now
A large, unplugged, microwave oven may be big enough for a Laptop.
@@sandra4065 Cia has laser thar hacked if over 3 inches of aluminum
Emp shielding is super expensive for airplanes at over 1k per foot I never saw it up close that's why you got turn devices off on take off and landing
What I saw lamated sheets tied cap and led show which way data being transferred I saw that operation but not exactly sure how works
lol, I respect the effort but you could have demonstrated on stuff that doesn't matter to you :)
Hmmmmm
Can this device go through human flesh?
It can't be that great if it didn't shut your camera off while recording
I'm gonna commit a war crime
İ'm criminal i killed 50 ants 20 years ago i'm so sorry for them.
These hv converters produce dc and not ac. So you don't need a capacitor because its dc and there are already capacitors inside the hv module. Also you are using the wrong kind of capacitors. Nice Video tho.
What capacitors do you recommend?
@@duelz9366 Some sort of high voltage foil or ceramic capacitors. This guy is using some sort of low voltage cap (like 50V) which is just gonna arc through. Btw make sure to put the caps in parallel and not in series with the coil as shown here.
Not only the capacitors are in the wrong place, he cable tied the batteries? How clueless can people be?? 100% turd quality
Where are the caps meant to be?
Yes, once the batts go flat, the unit has to be pulled apart. Use rechargeable lipos with usb input.
