Oh no, even new mom tells that she can walk, hospitals staffs should use wheelchair to get her in car. Likewise in US, nursing staffs have to check baby car seat and makesure baby and mom gets in car. Hospital staffs can not let patients walk to their vehicle. Omg, Nepalese hospital responsibilities.
