Hi, I just got one myself but I am super confused with the Tilt lock knob - not matter how tight I rotate it, it does not lock! It increases the drag for the tilt so I felt it should be called the tilt tension knob. Does your head do that? Thanks!
the tilt lock (the silver oval shaped lock) on the opposite side to the large click stop dial will lock the tilt position off. You may want to discuss this with the place of purchase
