I have noticed this with another nomadic family the children are always around dangerous construction situations. Do they even care if the kids get hit with pieces of cement blocks? I don't think they want to tell the kids no and stay away for their safety.
Kian needs some tummy time to start strengthening his back muscles hence being able to hold his head steadily. Several times I have seen Layla take the baby even when the person holding the baby is okay having the baby, why does she do that?

Its lovely to see the grandmother coming to see family but may i suggest that she brings fruit and milk if possible to give to children instead of sweets and sweet drinks and not allow them to eat all at once especially the chubby twin it is seriously not good for them i hope the bathroom can be used soon it will feel quite nice to shower in thst heat good luck also my granddaughter had the same problem with her eye they put a patch o good eye to mske the bad eye work more it soon corrected itself best wishes
I agree I made that suggestion some time ago perhaps there they are not as well versed as in the states here put the batch on the good eye and it makes the weak eye work harder and straighten out. I think her father believes being in the heat will hurt her eyes, I do not think that is the case no different than the rest of them being in the heat.I also continue to suggest putting the baby on his tummy on the mat to help him learn to pick up his head and strengthen his neck muscles. Being cooped up and retrained in that cradle is not good for him all the time besides that it’s hotter and he is often dressed warmly. Leila would not necessarily know this because she is young. Also when carrying him hold him upright so that his head is on your shoulder so he can see the world around him and it’s better for any gas to come up after feeding.

Sometimes I think Saladin is too uncommunicable to his aging mother-in-law who comes to visit them, he should be more open and approachable to her knowing that she is the mother of his seriously ailing wife who is very worried about her beloved daughter and the well being of her grandchildren. May be its because of his nature towards his in-laws, we hardly see any of his wife's relatives coming to visit them.

He’s being very nice to Saladin by letting him use the land , and the other day he loaned Leila the equipment to make the bread, he also let him use the tanks to gather and use water. So he’s been very helpful and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with reciprocating the favors. It’s good to be good neighborly.
