Stand up the real Stephen! Cracking dig👍 Love that token. What a find for Franz, and also kudos for donating it to the Lincolnshire collection👍 In my experience, local tokens + Henry II and especially fractional denominations = a market site. Just got a new one myself. Fabulous hunting ground😍
@@donnamartin4299 I also donated my short cross to Simon’s hammered Coin folder lol. Think it was Richard, Canterbury Mint. The market site was in the next field so that goes to show you know your onions lol. Hope you had a great time in Portugal 😊
@@AngloCelticMetalDetecting Lol... I'd be a bit dumb to comment if I didn't. Tip though; remember the hedge line was probably different /non existent back in the early medieval period. It was probably one 'open' field. Markets sprawled in different directions from year to year. I've got over 100 acre spread on one site, and each part has it's own time in history. Find it fascinating 😇🤣 And thanks Portugal was fabulous😍
🤣😂good old dodgy Boston I’ve been there a few times 😂🤣I used to banger race at skeggy back in the good old 90s and stopped off at Boston a few times and we all went to a club in Boston once peeking our faces off and the club was covered with uv lights and one of my mates was all in white 🤣you couldn’t miss him he was just fucking glowing 😂🤣🤣😂 and everyone’s skin was purple that was one fucked up night but great people we definitely had a blast
@@AngloCelticMetalDetecting 😂🤣I went to a birthday rave for someone in the organisations for the old dreamscape rave back in 2010 and that was bad enough jumping around all night 🤣😂the only thing I can hold nowadays is my drink any thing else I’m too old for 🤣😂🤣😂
Yup Boston I put a roof on a petrol garage just before Christmas £240 a night we got it for £120 a night for 2 days let's just say we had to pay £1800 for the damages 😂😂
