I have never had an actual allergy but there are some foods that make me feel absolutely sick to my stomach.

I never had a food allergy or sensitivity; but my mom was allergic to shellfish, and my younger brother sadly inherited it. He had one piece of fried shrimp when he was a toddler, and got the worst rash all over his body. Never touched the stuff again.
He's an adult now, and the allergy test he took for work says he isn't allergic, just sensitive. Still won't touch it though.

Raph: Leon? Come on talk to me buddy. *turns him over and sees he's not breathing* Oh mi gosh, Leonardo, no! Donatello, get in here now!
Donnie: What's going on?
Raph: Lee's not breathing, I don't know how long he's been like this but it might be a bit, he's freezing!
Donnie: No no no no, come on Nardo, stay with us *checks for a pulse* get the crash cart from the med bay and get Michael, I need all the help I can get!
*Raph goes to get the cart and runs back in with Mikey*
Mikey: Oh mi gosh, Don, what do you need me to do!?
Donnie: Get the pads on him so the aed can detect a rhythm, I'll focus on trying to get his airway open, Raph, I need 5 milligrams of Epi stat!
Raph: Got it, here ya go.
Aed: Do not touch patient, analyzing rhythm, continue CPR.
Raph: Wait a minute, Dee, he's got hives and his tongue and neck are swollen, do ya think he might have been around something he's allergic to?
Donnie: The cake...he must have had a reaction so quickly that he didn't have time to use his his panic button for help. Alright, Raph, give me your EpiPen.
Raph: Here, cap's off already.
*Donnie jams it into his thigh*

Leo: GASP! *coughing fit and a bit of vomiting/painting* G-guys?

Btw, it's an artificial sweetener, maltidol for me. I love sweets but wanted to stop with sugar. Had a lot of chocolates and drinks with that. It was really a steadily growing allergy. Wasn't bad the 1st few months but the last time I had maltidol, the stomach pain was awful. It's crazy how the body can get slowly enough and develop an allergy to it when this is the only stuff what the "sugar free" gummy candies in the pharmacies have. How isn't there another, healthier swetener alternative?!
