Because i have noticed that when both players are holding something (item) they won't attack the player holding the same item because in the command block that you used ,detecting the tag, item, location, is there anyway so that they will attack the other player even tho your like using the same skill or thee thing that summon the bees

Thanks, but unfortunately Java and bedrock commands are different, so this wouldn’t work on Java
Is there a way to add a bee cap? For example max bees summoned from one player is 6 at once. If anyone knows could you reply thanks.

If you simply have education mode in your world you can replace the jump_boost and slow_falling effects by a /ability mayfly true.
