I gave up gluten for a health condition as well and let me tell you - it’s hard but gets way easier after a few months. You’ll have your go to restaurants and take out places, otherwise it’s pretty easy since most things have a GF alternative. Especially if you move to LA I feel like everyone there has a food allergy or preference of some sort so places accommodate so easily, especially if you’re not celiac. I noticed peak changes around the 2-3 month mark. Good luck with this!!!

My all time fav breakfast is scrambled eggs, Gouda shredded cheese & spinach ! When I have it also I’ll add in rice too it’s so filling, so good! Sometimes I opt to not use cheese because of inflammation

I've actually been having breakfast lately. I love a fried egg with cheese on an English Muffin. Sometimes I'll make bacon. I just finally opened my air fryer. And I realized I needed those parchment liners for it. I ordered some from Amazon. Off topic, I'm behind on my dishes. I love cauliflower bites, they are really easy to make, by the way (chopping the cauliflower is the hardest part). I like mine with ranch.
I love that self tanner! That’s all I use and it never gets blotchy like others I’ve tried! Also, no orange at all! I usually leave mine one 2-3hrs for it get be darker!

Tangle teezer brushes are amazing. I have two thick and curly ones, one for the shower to brush through conditioner and other for day to day brushing out my rats nest hair in the mornings

I’m also bad at substituting breakfast for coffee. I’m not a morning person and I’m never hungry straight away. So I prep a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese the night before so I can eat it on my commute. Otherwise I’m prone to hunger pangs at 11am and have had dizzy spells in the past if I’m working on empty.

@TheLaurenNorris I'm gluten-free and Walmart's GF section has been a lifesaver! If you are looking for an all-purpose flour alternative I would suggest Bob's Red Mill, Tyson Gluten Free chicken nuggets, and Schar bread! they are cheaper at Walmart than your local grocery store, too:)

Those are my favorite chocolate strawberries but I’m going sugar free so I make my own. I use lily sugar free chocolate with coconut oil to thin it out. Freeze the strawberries and then dip them and freeze again.
The do not make your glucose go up nor does it cause cravings which sugar does. Berries are the best fruit to eat. Most other fruit raises glucose.

Living on a Dime to Grow Rich has a really good gluten free cookbook. Tawra, (and Jill) wrote 3 cookbooks. Tawra is gluten free, so she just decided to make a gluten free cookbook. They have a livestream every Wednesday night at 4: 30 (central) 6: 30 (EST). They are so nice, and they are Christian. Their whole goal is to save people money. I own vol 1 and 2 of their regular cookbooks, not the gluten free.

You can always make your own taco seasoning easily. Just combine 1 tbsp of chili powder with 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and smoked paprika. You will never buy prepackaged taco seasoning again!
