Real Fall Leaf Coasters

I happened to be gifted a box of pressed fall leaves and some florals... which meant I just had to use some of them in a craft... immediately. I love the zing of colour we gave to the leaves since they were so old their colour had leeched from them... and such a great way to preserve the beauty of the Canadian Fall season!
You could easily replace the fall leaves with faux ones... or try pressing some of your own first... what a great way to remember the colours from your own trees! Leaves are all starting to turn here so I know when I go up north in a couple of weeks we'll be at the beginning stages of some truly stunning fall displays.
Of course, you could do the same thing with your spring and summer blooms... whatever works for your seasons in your area!
