I soooo miss watching you paint!! I just love your unique color combinations and the extra, special details that you think of! I’m re-re- watching your videos as I have projects to tackle ☺️💕
Okay, so even though I watched you do it, have faith in your talents, I still doubted it could be done but I tried it anyway 😂😂😂 I can’t believe how awesome my little cabinet turned out!! Thank you so much for sharing 😊😊
Very cool look and techniques.. love how you created depth of colors and textures for a worn look. Those colors look completely different after you blended them!
Love it 🤩..You must be so busy organizing the move + the kiddies & fur baby ...yet you still find time & energy for your art. wishing you much luck on your move back home ✌
Such a beautiful finished piece! I love your color choices and the different techniques used for adding all that fabulous texture. As always, you ROCK ☺️
I’m completely obsessed w/ these colors, technique, & transfer!!! I have been psychically channeling U 2 help me choose “the look” to refurbish some pieces I inherited from my grandparents, I just knew 1 day it would happen as I had an idea in mind.Been watching U & patiently waiting, so thank u Crys D & thank U universe! Hahaha I’m also incorporating that new sunset southwest piece u did recently, as well. My accent color is based on an orange accent lamp so these 2 color techniques R going to be FAB! 🧡🧡🧡 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
Spraying the leftover dust from the Saltwash with a water mister works easily and quickly as well and then can sometimes cause some drippage of the dust which leaves a cool patina.
My Crys’Dawna, I Love this so much because of the crackle you did on your Piece of Art!!! You never cease to amaze me my friend….. I do look forward to your videos every week, they make me sooooo happy….. All My Love to You Crys’Dawna ♥️ Your Friend, Marley
Your killing me!!!! How do you keep producing masterpieces? Those colors would never be in my comfort zone but yes, I want that!!! Its just magnificent!!!! You so inspire me to play with my stock and let my freak flag fly 😉
This is wonderful! I was trying to figure out the transfer and why you cut it the way you did. The final shot explained everything and I love it! I love a good crackle finish, too. The process was trusted and you held back the correct products. I hope everything is going well as you continue the process of moving your household from Germany to Maine.🌸
I LOVE the look of crackle! I'm in the practice phase still. So far I have learned how to master the alligator skin🤣🤣. This piece is fantastic. I am going to keep practicing and try color washing to "age" the crackle. Thanks for sharing! I hope your travels are safe!
You are a 3 dimensional artist my go to for layering, blending lessons and so many techniques I want to try. Still haven't tried saltwater as texture or resist but I'll get there. The lovely warmth of this piece is so satisfying and a delight to look at.
Hi CrysDawna 👋 I have watched so many of your beautiful creations come to life via your RUclips videos. This one really hits the spot for me! I really love it! I might just be tempted to try one inspired by this, thank you xo
Beautiful, love it! Love the effect of the choice of tile transfer over the blend. Also, I'm in Australia and I am so excited to see you using an Australian paint that is easily sourced in Australia! Would love to know what you think of Bird on the Hill and Plain Jane, if you have any thoughts or pieces refinished with those lines or any other Aussie lines ❤
Hello from Egypt.. I love your details.. Can I ask you please, is the chalk paint suitable for the furniture that we use it every day? Can I paint with it on a duco piece without sanding the surface??
You are a genius!
