Glad to see Manoj is doing so well, I remember the state of his salon when Tez first walked in there. Seems a different man now, far more confident and relaxed, the backwards Kangol is always a winner! We shouldn't underestimate how much the likes of Tez and Santosh etc do for these barbers they literally change their lives for the better.
