- The Coast Starlight is northbound as it pulls into Dunsmuir Station at 5:30 AM. After a brief stop it is on its way to Portland Oregon.
The next scene is the train is passing through Mount Shasta City on it’s way towards Grass Lake.
The train is skirting the shoulders of Mt. Shasta as it approaches Grass Lake.
Grass Lake is the Summit at 5020 feet.
It's so odd that there were 2 Genesis, a Metrolink and 3 horizon cars on that train.

Thanks , I’m glad you enjoyed them, I’ve been going through my tapes and loading them on my computer, so far the tapes have held up without noticeable deterioration.
