Make a mini smoker from a Weber Smokey Joe grill.

How I made a Weber Smokey Joe grill into a mini smoker using a Tamale/steamer pot. Just some tips and ideas.

Use a 4x2 can turned upside down over the lower vent holes to prevent them from being plugged by ashes. On the can, use a can opener to put holes in the side of the can on the bottom of the can. This allows air flow when the can is upside down. No more ash blockage.
