Great video 😃 but as a Cho main I don't understand bone plating on a champ that has tons of Hp, the other two options seem a lot better, except against a very hard early lane. And the heal rune is also questionnable since it only synergize with Cho passive and regen. Overgrowth and unflinching usually works better for Cho I believe
if sett wasn't that lucky he would have been 0/6 at the end if the laning phase. it hurts my eye as sett main to see a sett lose an easy matchup like cho but i got to say you played it very well

Usually with Cho'Gath, i ult a minion at 6 because if you can probably still ult a champion later and you get the minion stack
Agree but when i do that i avoid fighting specially when I'm not looking for stacking the heartsteal
