Clips from an 80 minute film of the area of Coigach and Assynt which lies between Ullapool and Kylesku. I stayed at Achmelvich for two nights in mid summer and returned again in October.
Really enjoying these latest uploads, I have a trip all planned and booked for this summer with my son, so these informative films are really wetting the appetite.
Hi Andy, just wandering if you have any more RUclips in the pipeline in the near future as we've not seen you in a while, hope you are well and hopefully see u again soon.
Such an easy single track drive. No hint of what it’s like later. Visitors should be aware in busy times an ability to reverse is required. If the nearest passing place is behind you it’s your chance to show how to do it. Hired motor homes usually demonstrate a certain lack of ability. It is well known by locals so they often volunteer to reverse. If not, it’s a long wait before the local garage tow truck pulls the motor home out of the ditch.
Please could you tell us where we can purchase your films? I love the clips you've posted over the years, but can never find the full films. Such a joy to watch, and you always manage to introduce me to something (or a walking route) I haven't seen before! (And I thought I knew my home country pretty well!) Please keep making these wonderful videos.
Hi Andy, I hope you are o.k. you haven't posted any videos for a long time now, I really hope you are still doing them as they are really nice to watch. Come back soon friend.
I am intrigued by the comment that Flossie's Beach Store has been there for 46 years . If you view it on Google Street View it's nothing but a rusty derelict shack . My understanding is that it is no more than 5 or 6 years old in its present form .
There are an awful lot of poor NC500 films on RUclips and yours are amongst the best. Thank you 👍
Please.. don't EVER stop making such wonderful videos.
First did this road, walking it in 84 then I used to drive it once a week for over a year in 94 .I remember it well still
thanks again Andy just lovely
Another wonderful video, thank you Andy.

I love your videos. Did you get a drone? It looks like you have added some flying footage.
