100% depends on how you play. Your build is floaty & tanky so picking high damage shots seems to be a better fit, but the penalty for missing is higher as well.
I have a build with your plasma gun and the lr and I can definitely say it can be a lot better, perfect if u wanna go aggressive and have consistent fire power

LRA has better visual synergy with the PR due to similar silhouettes, so it at least improves your fashion stat.

Did you try upgrading your shield to account for the extra EN? Took the efficiency instead?

This SU-Q5 shield is better at dealing with sustain fire weapon

How do you feel about the VVC-PR? Dont see it very often as its often overshadowed by nebula/fasan
B-tier gun but it's fun to use

You get more consistent hits but deal less damage per. I think if you time the nebula charge well it could pick up the slack in dps.
