I've only just stumbled upon River City Girls a few days ago and immediately fell in love with the soundtrack (and the game in general, being a fan of the old Kunio-kun games^^). This might be my favourite track, closely followed by The Hunt and Watch Your Back. I wouldn't have thought that this soundtrack would fit a retro beat 'em up game so well, but it really does. Hoping to hear more of you in the sequel! :)

I REALLY hope the sequel lets you collect these songs and play them wherever you are, cause it really sucked hearing awesome songs like this for only 30 seconds because you cleared the one room or two rooms its playing in before going back to the less epic (but still well made) music
At first, I thought the line was "Don't pretend like it's fun", as a line self aware that it's in a game. I'm so glad I managed to find your channel with all the actual real, mondegreen-free lyrics.
Now if I could just figure out what "every odd stands in my way" means...
Also, I *love* "Wearing the evening" from Unseen. That's just such a great metaphor. You did a superlative job on the whole sound track for this game. One big difference for me between a good game and a great game is quite often the soundtrack.
