Hi Vanessa you're doing the right thing by expressing how you feel but let's continue to positively moved forward by not simmering pondering and thinking about the pain that he cause but if you find yourself always thinking about it than a you probably need to confront the person if you feel comfortable doing it! If not then talk to a pastor a counselor a parent And just explain to them how you feel and get off your chest and move forward you can't begin to Heal untill you can deal with the pain.. Another thing you can do to help you heal which is also a form of therapy which is writing a letter to yourself just describing on paper how he made you feel After you get everything down on paper you can tear it up when you convert it as a sign of moving forward or u can burn 🔥 but don't burn it if you aint ready to move forward And reason why I say that you don't want to come back and keep picking the problem up once let it go and keep it gone. IF the devil keep trying to put it back in your head just say you have authority over your mind every day And day-by-day it will be easier then you'll see you wouldn't think about the pain or the problem anymore

I wasted a year- nursing and rehearsing a deep wound from my son- the result- a wasted year away from my children and grandchildren- because I couldn’t just let it go and move forward! I loved it when you told about Oral Roberts! When I was 10 & my folks were raising me as a Christian Scientist& I knew it was a dark religion. Well God opened the door for me to see Oral preach on TV. God held back my parents from noticing. We weren't allowed to hear preaching. I became a believer, Jesus is Lord of my life. Hallelujah. Praise God. After that my neighbors ministered to me & told me more about Jesus! The Spirit of God enabled me to help my mother & give up the hurt from Satan through that religion.

In relation to “church hurt” amongst many other topics regarding moving past hurts and never being hurt again this was spot on. Particularly in the area of leadership and my incorrect expectation of them and of myself. I found myself keeping record, to the point where the hurt got into my subconscious way of thinking. Still growing in how to move past the imperfections of those who are in those positions of leadership. And how to grow in my position of leadership. Understanding I too have shown the same imperfections. I listen to this series often and today began meditating In 1 Corinthians 13. Keeping my shield of faith up while keeping my focus on Jesus. He is the restorer of my soul for sure. Thank you CDM for your constant teachings and revelation. It has caused me to grow in more ways the one. Throughout the pandemic into today. I loved it when you told about Oral Roberts! When I was 10 & my folks were raising me as a Christian Scientist& I knew it was a dark religion. Well God opened the door for me to see Oral preach on TV. God held back my parents from noticing. We weren't allowed to hear preaching. I became a believer, Jesus is Lord of my life. Hallelujah. Praise God. After that my neighbors ministered to me & told me more about Jesus! The Spirit of God enabled me to help my mother & give up the hurt from Satan through that religion.

In relation to “church hurt” amongst many other topics regarding moving past hurts and never being hurt again this was spot on. Particularly in the area of leadership and my incorrect expectation of them and of myself. I found myself keeping record, to the point where the hurt got into my subconscious way of thinking. Still growing in how to move past the imperfections of those who are in those positions of leadership. And how to grow in my position of leadership. Understanding I too have shown the same imperfections. I listen to this series often and today began meditating In 1 Corinthians 13. Keeping my shield of faith up while keeping my focus on Jesus. He is the restorer of my soul for sure. Thank you CDM for your constant teachings and revelation. It has caused me to grow in more ways the one. Throughout the pandemic into today.
