I'm so completely happy and excited for you I could cry happy tears! When I was watching your pre-vaca video about how Jordy was trying to plan your play vs rest it was exactly what my SO of 17 years does. He always makes sure that I balance what I do so that I don't have a flare and he has done this 2 years into our relationship when I got sick. It really is powerful when someone loves you through chronic illness because there's so many people who don't have it and it's heartbreaking. Add a can of drained black beans, can of corn and can of fire roasted diced tomatoes to that cooked turkey and salsa and cook to heat. Top with cheese and pickled jalapeno and even avocado if you have some.SOOOOO GOOD! A super quick meal that I make on the regular and sometimes even eat for breakfast.
