Seung gi is an excellent singer and actor. No wonder Doyoung will like him so much. When I was so into K drama and stalked Seung Gi, his voice becomes one of my favorites as well. His variety skills are also excellent. Doyoung is already an all-rounder but being an actor that is like Seung Gi is yet to be polished in no time.
Doyoung did such a good job, dancing with a man he barely knows, up close, and trusting the teacher so much to lift him is not an easy thing to adapt to so quickly. He’s a star
it's really amazing that all throughout his career Doyoung was never that confident with his dancing knowing that his position is a vocal. But then you can clearly see that he is a great dancer. Even when he debuted with one of the hardest choreography, he was still able to catch up with nct's best dancers. and for that, i will always be proud of him.
Doyoung was so into his performance.. He 100% slayed it😩.. I really hope they would guest Doyoung again after he's back from the concert💚💚 All of them did well.. When I watched The whole episode they were so funny but still concentrated in their tasks👌🙌

Sehyung is so funny. He always brightens up my day and this episode was no exception. Doyoungs performance made me emotional, it was so sentimental and meaningful. As much as he jokes around, you can tell seungi was sincerely moved by it and honoured to know that someone holds him in such high regard. Its a full circle moment reflecting back on seungi's word during 2DN1 days where he said that he wishes to be a light to pave someone else's path.
It's not a surprised to see Doyoung expressed his admiration towards Lee Seung Gi. Even though Doyoung is still young but you can see from the way he's singing that he is a very sentimental and emotional type of person and Lee Seung Gi's music is exactly like that. IU and Taeyeon are his fav female singers while Park Hyo Shin and Lee Seung Gi are his fav male singers.
I got emotional in the when Doyoung step on the stage. You can see how genuine he is. He shows a lot of emotions that's perfect for the song and the theme. He's the ace indeed, Doyoung really captivates everyone with his talent. It's good to see that he's not close with his role model which is Seung Gi.
I really didn't expect myself to get teary-eyed and feeling emotional towards doyoung's stage because i know this was only "funsies" done for variety show. When they mirrored each other, it just felt like it was Doyoung's message for Seunggi, "I will be successful like you someday." When he was lifted up, he made a sign for ballerinas (the move where he looks like he's catching something from his chest) which meant "I love you" then he look at the ballerino (the one who acted as Seunggi). To me, it felt like he was grateful that he met his role model, and that Seunggi was one of the reasons why he is where he is now (at the top). This is such a moving performance. I hope Doyoung will be a permanent member of the show. 🥺

Previous younger members often say it or they tend to always stand/sit close to him, stuff like that. That's why this surprise worked; it wasn't really telegraphed. It's always nice to see when the members recognize Seung Gi's songs haha "Isn't that.." haha And Seung Gi also looked so touched by the performance. Just a heart warming moment from start to finish.
doyoung is such a tsundere he always got shy when he's with his idols, so he tend to repressed his feelings and try really hard not to fanboying 😆 he also did that when he was with taeyeon, iu, baekhyun doyoung did mention that he loves seunggi and also played his songs in the past vlive that's why his fans were excited to see him in this program since he can interact with one of his role model we're very glad and grateful because seunggi and his fans welcomed him warmly 🥰🙏

The rest try but also like to be funny or don't take it that seriously but SM idols always get serious about it. I remember in NJTW when they made a silly contest of singing and the only one who took it seriously was Kyuhyun. It also has happened with Heechul in Knowing Bros.

Coming back after learning what appalling treatment Seungi was working under for 18 years, I look at this so differently now and it brings so much more meaning of Doyoungs tribute to Seungi. Seungi's voice has so much power, sentiment and resonance and it did not go unnoticed! You comforted and inspired many and you continue to do so! Doyoung being an example. Can't even begin to imagine what type of emotions Seungi must have felt but you know how truly and sincerely Doyoungs performance must have meant to him.
