      There is mainly 4 types of hypersensitivity reactions
      Type 1 (allergic) hypersensitivity : mediated by IgE , within 2 - 30 minutes will appear
      Type ll hypersensitivity: Antibodies mediated cytotoxic hypersensitivity . Appear 5-8 hrs
      Type lll: Immune complex mediated, may appear 2-8 hrs
      Type lV or delayed hypersensitivity: Cell mediated ( T- cell) hypersensitivity, appear 24 -72 hrs
      Eg:- graft rejection, contact dermatitis, tuberculin reactions
