Guide to Freshman Housing at UPenn

This video contains everything I wish I'd known about Penn housing before starting at Penn! I outline the pros/cons of the different college houses, pros/cons of choosing a freshman-only or four-year house, pros/cons of a single/double/triple/suite, and recommendations + hot takes for how to rank these options during housing selection.
TL;DR I recommend choosing the Quad (Fisher, Riepe or Ware) or Hill and choosing a single or triple!
