Monday is great but it can get expensive when the number of users increases, its great overall, we have used it for HR, finances, projects management etc. Now we are switching to Spreadsheet due to price and some additional features. Also it would be nice to research how HR softwares nowadays incorporate AI in their tools since it has become so important.

Great Video! These area all great self-service options. Would love to see a review of isolved, which is primarily offered through local and regional payroll and HR firms which offer far more customization and support options which can beneficial to small business owners.

Hi Preston. Thank you for these amazing contents. I wanted to ask you a question. I'm an ex Frontend Dev and I'm thinking about diving into It Recruitment journey. Is there any advice you can give me and I live in Turkey but I have this American dream and want to live in US at least for a while. Is it possible to find a job with visa sponsorship as an It Recruiter or it mostly works for Devs? Thanks in advance ☺️

Alot of agencies won't be able to process any visas. My biggest advice is to develop recruiting experience at your current company and then try applying to in house roles as you'll have a better chance with sponsorship!

The question is, whether the dream is recruitment or USA.
If the dream is USA, then easy answer here is: dont change. I am not from USA, but what I see on linkedin and between my friends, the market in US for recruiters is brutal at this moment. Nobody will sponsor visa (and relocation) for a role they can easily hire inside the country without waiting for the person to relocate, get the visa etc.
It is much higher chance, that the company will relocate experienced developer than recruiter.
If the dream is recruitment, go for it.
