These creeks are ever-changing. This creek had 2 beaver dams this year, and they messed it up again. I contacted DNR, and they are putting a trapper on the job to hopefully get them out of there
With colder air temps and water temps dropping do the trout you fish turn up the bite? Alot of fish can tell the temps air/water are dropping and know its time to eat.
The season is over now for trout. I am searching maps to get on some smaller rivers with the yak before winter. I hope the bite is hot now that the water is cooling down; I need some pike action soon; I want to pickle a couple of them for Ice fishing snacks.
