We are from Elkhart County Indiana. An absolutely amazing resort! We had our Jayco Pinnacle there 4 years ago and we were on site 38! Thanks for the blast from the past!
Great video, love the rig, if i wasn't so old, i'd probably buy one and stay at various locations for a few weeks and move on. Last time i was in Destin was in '68 it was a lot different but the beach and the water are the best. I was in Army flight school at Fort Rucker, Al. and use to ride my Harley down to PC, Destin, Fort Walton on most weekends. Back then you could pull your bike over and walk straight to the beach, nothing was around you. Later you could find bar/resturant and at happy hour a dozen oysters for a dollar and same for bottle of bud. Went to Nam in August 68, after looking at your video, probably time for a return trip. Enjoy everyday, looks like you are.
You all do a really good job at reviewing rv parks. This one is a little expensive. Very nice place glad you also show some stuff to do in the area. Hope to see some more from you all in the future.
Nice toy hauler. Plenty of room for all the toys. Love your F350. We also have a black dually (2005 Dodge). It's next to impossible to keep clean but I love driving that truck. We have a 32 foot 5th wheel that we pull. Pulls steady as a rock.
I just want to say your video is edited so well. You had some awesome b-roll, and sound, and everything was just so smooth. This is the first of your videos i've watched but it was really super clean and pro looking. Good Job! Btw. i love your grand design and that resort looks awesome. I'm adding it to your bucket list of places to camp.

I have stayed at the RV resort couple years ago and we loved it. Playing frogger going across to the beach was touchy but everything else was great. Also i really really enjoy when you do reviews on where you stay it has actually helped me make a decision to go to Ocean Lakes. Thanks for the great content.

I lived in Destin from 2000 to 2010. Most of what you see by Destin bridge was just in planning. Destin used to have cow fields further up the road. I used to work at the Crab Trap in my younger years. I miss the sleepy lil village of Destin before commercialization. It was even better back then! I wonder of they still make Shrimp Jeunelot at the crab shack?
Heck, I used to live in Deckhands Marina which is a block away from that site! I am good friends with his family~~~ Beautiful Beach and close to EVERYTHING!!!

We Took our 377RLBH Northpoint and stayed here Labor Day week this past September. Love this place. We rented a boat next door and went to crab island for the day. You should have tried Bay Cafe French restaurant. My wife’s aunt in the manager there. It’s located under the brooks bridge at fort Walton. Great food and great seating on the bay. We will be at Henderson beach state park this week. Great videos!

Just there and stayed in the first site to the left. Really secluded site, but was super loud with the highway right there. Woke the kids up all night. Motorcycles, big trucks etc.. we have a momentum 397TH.
I did forget to mention, it is a beautiful park and the pool water is nice and warm like a sauna so the kids were able to swim even with it being cold outside. We would definitely go back, and I highly suggest this park, just make sure you get a spot closer back towards the water if you don’t want to hear the road noise.
Looks like paradise there! Is that daily rate the same in the summer or is it higher? Darryl you're backing that new trailer like you drove big rigs for years, and Clay is a pro at all that setup. Where was the Road Glide - you have a toy hauler now!

You can fish off the concrete pier and catch HUGE fish and sharks! And LIVE Bands at "The Swamp"~~~ Saw Brett Michael and I HAD A PLAST!!!
