Aside from that bail schedule only two other factors may be considered in setting a bail amount. i.e.,. will the defendant appear in court and does the defendant pose a risk to themself or others? I'd guess the judge decided the feds will charge the defendant with federal crimes- false passports come to mind- they just stuck with the bail schedule.

How about a smellable scent on arms that canines can pickup , this smell can be simple in a pouch inside the case which all arms should be carried within which is in the bylaws for transporting weapons . The canine working animals are used as a tool by departments to sweep large crowds for bombs , drugs , why not weapons .
