I have never used PRP under the eyelids .I know some cosmetic physicians who use it and claim great results .I have not seen good evidence to support that.
Thank you so much Dr. Kopelman. I had my under eyes done with filler years ago, I have a congenital hollowing under my left eye only. I had it done by a dermatologist, he used Belotero (I’m not sure if this filler still exists) he said Belotero is thinner and doesn’t swell like other fillers, just as you discussed. It’s been several years and the filler hasn’t migrated, I guess I’ve been lucky as I’ve read some horror stories about filler migration 😳

Yes, of course! I only use your own fat as an under eyelid filler but there is a minor surgical procedure to harvest the fat from your hip or belly so it is less convenient than off the shelf fillers but fat has the potential to last many years. You look young so be cautious with fat grafting because it can change with general fat gain or loss

Yes autogenous(your own fat) is commonly used as an under eyelid filler usually in conjunction with lower eyelid blepharoplasties
