HOW TO DRAFT A BODYSUIT PATTERN. DIY bodice pattern making tutorial

Heyyy guys!! In this video I have filmed a step by step tutorial on how I draft my own bodysuit patterns using your own body measurements. Once you master creating your own basic knit bodice pattern, you can literally customize it to whatever you like! You can add sleeves, you can drop the neck line, turn it into a racer back the list goes on!!
Nothing feels better than wearing clothes that fit you perfectly, I know it is not just me, but wearing properly fitted clothes can just change your whole mood and set you up perfectly for having a great day!! Never underestimate the importance and power of wearing well fitted clothes baby!
Coming up in future videos, I will film how to create your own sleeve pattern to pair with your bodysuit as well as how I like to transfer this pattern to my fabric and construct !! Soo exciting!! Hope you enjoy this mini tutorial I hope it makes sense!!

Really insightful and helpful video overall. I do have a question tho....On the second page of the bodysuit diagram pdf, there is a rhombus/parallelogram. What is that for?if anything🤷?

How do you know shoulder to bust line? Bust line to waist? Waist to hip or crotch?

yes! sit in a chair and measure from waist down your hip until where the measuring tape hits the chair. that will be your crotch depth :)
