Im in middle, we have an agricultural buisness at a large scale and real estate development. But no formal company no formal offices no accountant and stuff. Do you think I can enter and formalize everything and expand. Keeping in mind my father doesn’t mind if I join or do something else of mine

What if you are the only boy kid and you have 0 passion about the family business, your father is getting 65+ and have a retail book store in urdu bazar making 200k - 300k a month. But you are also doing good in digital field and making the same amount consistently. How to just convince them that you are not going to take over and there is no one except you, whom they are looking forward to.
This is good advice. But you shouldn't discuss these things in the podcasts, this is like killing your own market , fewer people will come to the consultations
