Just went from 33x12.5R15 Duratracs to 35x12.5R17 on my JKU (w/ 2.5” MetalCloak Fox lift) and it’s like a whole new rig. The new wheels result in a more tucked in, stable tire with less bulge / marshmallow bounce. The extra height works even better in the deep snow we’ve been getting. Love it!
Are you plannkng to make any sort of review or impressions on the new trail terrains? I'm really waiting for a video from you on those to pull the trigger

Dont you think its time to just go petrol!!!! I spent some time in Qatar last year and the military use Nissan Patrol V8 single cabs which really purr (and obviously the military LC200's) but those civilian LC200's with the tuned 5.7L V8 engines...WOW!! Or is it a case of you can take the Diesel loving SAFFA out of SA, but you can never take SA out of the Diesel loving SAFFA. Great video, waiting to see the results of the new toys!!

Fuel Covert wheels come in the sizes of 17x8.5 +14mm offset 5.3 inch backspace, 17x9 +1mm offset 5.040 inch backspace or -12mm offset 4.530 inch backspace. Which of the three was chosen?
Yip correct. But have an upgrade arriving that will sort out this. Just so happened that the tires and rims arrived first. Many things to consider, like clutch, steering, axles, gearing etc etc etc. But this is all part of the transformation we are going through now. The truck has done 130k and is due for a new clutch etc etc. so it’s the right time
