Thanks, I hope you also got the information you were looking for. We don’t take this cooler anymore because we can get cooler from a wet t-shirt and a fan.
I bought a portable air conditioner called "Newair" and it has a remote. You don't have to worry about it spilling because it somehow processes the water it pulled from the air. I think it weighs around 50lbs so it's very, very heavy for me. But, we were out for almost 2 weeks and that's too long to be hot. I got about halfway into this video before I started to chuckle. My momma can cuss you up one side and down the other without a single obscenity and you reminded me of her reviewing this product 😅... Edited to add: On a serious note, even with an air conditioner, in a synthetic tent in the sun it didn't help as much as I would have thought. Maybe a 10-15 degree difference. In the shade and at night, it was a whole different ballgame. The trouble I had was covering the mesh so I bought a canvas tent and that's nice. It's actually comfortable.
We decided not to carry this fan anymore because filling the reservoir, emptying it, and drying ate sponges was a hassle. The wet t shirt or towel does just as well. Never had the space to pack an air conditioner. Thanks for watching and posting this note.
Mid TN Outdoors Thanks Patrick. Me too. Several people have said it didn’t last long but I don’t see why. Looks like hot nights are over this year. Take care.
Great review... further testing up and coming. Good job Lalo, he's a great helper. The temperature down the mountain here on Sunday was 117° Thank you for sharing this. Take care Frazier D... Friend.
@@Adventureswithbecky... Big Bear, California was nice this past weekend. Driving down the mountain the temperature just kept rising. It was over 90° at night.
@@redwhiteblue7831 ahhh Riverside is rough..... Well most of SoCal. Just left 5 years ago was born and raised in SD and I honestly prefer summers here in FL compared to San Diego. I know Santa Ana's are coming which is never good with fires.
Informative review, thanks. Would definitely consider one for summer camping. I do not mind heat during the day but I have an extremely hard time going to sleep when it's hot out. Especially since when I'm at home I sleep with a fan blowing on me almost year round.
Deaconess Faith Community Nurse Ministries Thank you. He has been a good camping companion for 5 years now. I’m hoping he can start doing more with the videos. He’s a pretty good camera man and demonstrator now. Thanks for the comment.
Good review guys! I think that little cooler would work great for our friends out West where the air is dry. Not sure how effective it would be in the high humidity Central and Eastern regions of the U.S. That said, any cooling is great when trying to sleep in hot weather. Thanks for your good info guys!
We never have. Hard to pack an AC in our SUV with other camping gear. We try to avoid the hottest weather but frequently camp in 90 degree highs. In general, we go to malls, theaters, museums and restaurants during the middle of the day, swim as much as possible, and cover with wet towels on hot nights. Thanks for watching my video.
Yes, This cooler is still working but it is a big hassle filling and drying everything - and the amount of cool air produced is minimal. A good fan and a wet shirt or towel is a better cooling option. Thanks for watching and asking the question.
I came here for information and I received a lot of cuteness in return. thank you for this adorable video!

mrbr549 you are welcome. Thanks for the note.
Have you ever tried using a window unit AC in the tent? I’m thinking of trying this. But just wondering your experience.

Any updates on how this product is holding up or how long it lasted?

I wonder if loading it with cold melt water from the cooler right before bedtime would make it more effective.
Davy Haynes I’ll bet it would.
should drop a few peices of ice in the water reservoir then add the water, see if theres a difference. or wet the sponges and freeze them first.
harley hawk Freeze them! That’s a good idea!
Sadly so much is coming from China now. I always make sure it has next day delivery with Prime.
I think you should have used it a few times before doing this video.
I agree. It works but too much trouble.
