The human part of her is also made of dragon meat so I wonder if that is a problem they'll have to solve too or if it's a dont think about it situation
when the mage revived the dragon, it took all the available dragon meat around it (like the meat senshi wrapped up). except for the parts that were eaten by the party. so by eating falin's dragon half, the party hopes there wont be enough dragon meat left to resurrect it
iirc the manga translated the board, and it amounted to 'no food or drink', 'keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle' and 'remain seated while vehicle in motion' xD so no, not much at all
to answer your question towards the end: falin had some dragon soul in her, and a connection to the dungeon itself, after marcille's resurrection, but it's unlikely that that would have transformed her if thistle did not show up to resurrect the dragon. we do not know for sure what would have happened without thistle, but marcille said that her spell on its own did not have the power to turn falin into the chimera.
the lady was the mage before Marcille joined the party, and she was flirting Laios and caused troubles for party. THis is fanbook knowledge and she will not appear again in the show I remember.
Elf-Senshi doesn't act any differently than dwarf-Senshi does, which implies that 1) he is canonically the sexiest of the group and 2) other dwarves see him as both gorgeous and fairly effeminate in mannerisms.

ok so they kill falin, and eat the dragon parts to kill the dragon's soul and then they can revive her with normal revival magic- which uses pigs or sheep to help reform the body
