“I spent 8yrs at university studying mathematics, and this is where it got me.” That got me 🤣
I know a lot of people will look at this and ask: "Why use a sausage? Why not just use a stylus?" And to me at least the obvious answer is: "Because it's just funnier to use a sausage."
They dont come with the phone. They should though.
@@MichaelOfRohanSausages?
"Meat Stylus" is the name of my new prog band
the way she handle that sausage speaks for itself xD
Because of that I know now what else could work to control touchscreen...
fascinating series seen the first two, hoovers and microwave looking forward to the rest, so informative excellent presenter was never much good at science in school but this brings it all to life
FYI (source = her Wiki page):
Hannah Fry - (born 21 February 1984) is a British mathematician, author, and radio and television presenter. She is Professor in the Mathematics of Cities at the UCL Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis.
:) THANKS MUCH for a bit of British Humour! :) WELL DONE and ALL the BEST! Cheers from across the Pond! :)
Her beauty made me click as I already knew how touchscreens worked but never thought about the Styrofoam balls bit. Amazing!!
Love the Secret Genius Series - Series 2 seems to have less breaking of the Fourth Wall and asides which help to make it so engaging. Wonder if Hannah could do a remake/update of James Burke Connections? "Who doesn't love a bit of ginger?" when cooking gingerbread men in the Microwave episode - not sure if scripted but that was absolutely brilliant - the ad libs and occasional faux pas really make it. Looking forward to more episodes.
WaaaaaaoooooooooooooooW your videos are so useful to the world! Luckily you're there!
Brilliant!
If anything you’ve made me laugh. Lmao😂😂😂❤
Charming
I love this woman ❤
Wow she’s beautiful and clever 😍
I use my nose sometimes, if my hands are full!
In before "Comments are turned off."
Giggity
This contravenes Facebook guidelines apparently 😂🤣😂
Struggling to not make a science mommy comment involving sausage ... either way ❤ science mommy ❤
I think Queen's final studio album with Freddie Mercury is one of their best in their catalogue. You dirty dirty people. Dirty!
Pretty sure the Koreans weren't using English bangers 😂
And so is the aluminum foil!
This video was different!🤔
I don’t see why you cant just buy a cheap stylus. Also the ones with where you can hang on your keychain so it’s there with you when you need it. Just saying
Ur not hungery, that why😂
Can’t eat the cheap stylus
Easier to get a fish sausage for less than a quid (about 70p) at any convenience store.
Raise your hands and click here if you tried it at home.
🎶Hot dog, surfing pawn, delete my cookies.
😂
this girl has no business being this cute and also being a good mathematician lol
Oh good, grease pencils. Couldn’t you just do talk to text instead?
Maybe not in 2010.
@@1969Kismet Or a cheap stylus? I got my iPod touch in 2008 and bought a small stylus with a rubber tip to use on it
@@joevictor53 The whole point of this video was to talk about the science behind it but I agree, there are lots of ways to do it.
Either get touch screen gloves, or a stylus. Sure you can use a sausage for comedic effect but don't want my screen getting greasy thanks.
Koreans actually use a fish sausage in its wrapper so there’s no mess.
@@kjoonlee okay great but it's still not really practical, I get this video is meant to be a joke/funny proof of concept. But there's just better non food related solutions.
@@tobyhamilton2153 But in Korea you can get a fish sausage instantly at any convenience store for less than a quid (around 80p).
@@tobyhamilton2153 And it’s a fish sausage so it won’t spoil for months at room temperature.
@@kjoonlee and a stylis never goes off as it's made of plastic, is a one of purchase, not a reoccurring purchase. Is compact, lightweight and more importantly doesn't stink of fish.
I could watch this beautiful, smart, woman eat sausage all day.
Wow she’s beautiful. (That was my second thought, the first was, “is that a sausage? She actually looks like a Carnivore advertising Meat 👀”
I bet you’d look great in an Aran jumper
A Stylus might me a less greasy option.....
Channels as potato TV is not that Xenothreat. Well we know where sausage came from and they be our French. I'm sorry I don't see that too unless it's 4k. That's more than I could possibly have at home 2:34 and this mehanognomes ingenuity obviously means Arthas and the knights of the oval table. After unboxing this I soon be receiving anything with DPD or Omniva, well because this service was not here ten years ago. Can't have everything those Americans have in their movies.
